FREE SVG OWL

Here is my Owl SVG.  It is available now at my Etsy Store: PaperPetalsandBows
I found this quote and it reminded me that we were never promised an easy life,
I am sure glad that I don't have to face the problems by myself.
God has always' walked with me step by step.  So far He has blessed me with family
who also walk with me through the storms of life.  For whom I am extremely thankful!

Craft Happens Twinchie Swap

I recently became a member at www.crafthappens.net .  I joined a couple of swaps.
They have many of them to choose from.  If this sounds fun to you go over and check them out.
I am hoping to meet some new friends and share some fun crafty items and ideas.

I joined two of the twinchie swaps.
(Twinchies are 2"X 2" embellishments that can be added to scrapbook pages, cards etc.)
Here  are the "twinchies" I made for the steampunk theme.

This is the back of the twinchies.  Yup,  I'm showing the back first.  (I just haven't figured out how the pictures load up.)
We were supposed to make 6 twinchies to share with others.
I had fun decorating the package with a "steampunky" belt and buckle.

I am so excited to see what beautiful creations all the other swappers came up with.  I will post what I receive from everyone else too.

This was my first steam punk project.  I had so much fun creating some designs with my Sure Cuts a Lot program.  I have a couple of free SVG"s that I will share from this project.  If you are interested please leave a comment.  Thanx.

Yay! I received my first ATC in the mail. Thank you Teresa!

Today I received an ATC from Teresa.  The theme for the ATC was the letter "C".  She made a "creepy" pumpkin card.  I love the added detail with the red glittery eyes and white teeth.  I also love the little envelope.  I am going to have to try my hand at that.  Love the inspiration.

She also sent me a bunch of goodies.  Tags, Two little bottles.  (One I think has ashes in it. Ooooooo.... My granddaughters and I were speculating as to what it could be.  We are sure it must be fairy dust.)  (Smile), She sent some beautiful lace with my first Stick Pin.  I LOVE IT!  She sent me some pretty little flower buttons that I am excited to use.  I love flower anything. She altered a matchbox and did an amazing job. Love it!  What a cute idea.  I'm gonna borrow that one for sure.  She sent a cute little glittery pumpkin.  As you can see in my pictures there are so many amazing little treasures.  Thank you so much Teresa. You are amazing.  I love how creative you are.
If you want to check out her blog I have a button pinned at the bottom of my blog. Hop over and see her.  Maybe join one of her swaps. Who knows maybe you and I will be partners.  This is fun.

Here is a Little Tin Man SVG.

It has been a long time since my last post.  I have not stopped creating svg's though and I will start posting one each week.  This one I created for my daughter who teaches 4th grade and needed a 'Tin Man'  So here is this little guy.  Hope others can benefit from using him too.   If you download one of my svg's please leave a comment.  I would also love to see what you have made.  Go ahead and make me smile!
