This blog is meant to encourage, uplift and inspire. Often it is the simple things we do or give, that can be a blessing to someone else. I would love to share some images I have drawn or created for others to use. I am hoping that they will be used to encourage you or others around you. Children are a Blessing from the Lord. That is true for Grandchildren also.
Thinking about the uniqueness of my children and grandchildren. They are all so different yet alike. They say "Don't compare your children with each other." I understand that, but sometimes people would ask me how my children were different. To me it was like night and day. However, if I think about how many ways they are similar, I know they are much more similar than different. They like the same sports, music, books, their faith in Jesus is very important to them and the list goes on. Yet, they are each so unique also. When thinking about my Grandchildren, the same could be said about them. So when I was deciding how to capture them in my Simple Drawings, these are what I came up with. Each one unique, with their own style. (Well the youngest cheerleader might be getting some help with her style for a little while yet.) But, they each like softball, flowers and cheering their favorite basketball team on. And each of them are dearly loved by God and us. : ) Click here for this Free SVGSimple Drawings of Children

Greetings from Wordwise Hymns. It was actually your quotation of Ira Wilson's "Make Me a Blessing," in your sidebar, that caught my eye, as I posted an article on the song this morning. But I concur that grandchildren are a blessing from the Lord. My wife and I have two of them at the moment--Hannah and Nathanael--who live with their missionary parents, in Mexico. God bless.
